- DJ service is available with extra cost which starts at minimum Rs. 2,000 for any events. Outside DJ is allowed in the venue.

- For alcohol service customer needs to have liquor licence.

- The venue provides 2 complimentary non AC rooms to its customers.

- 25% has to be made at the time of booking and the remaining amount needs to be paid 7 days before the event.

- Firecrackers are not allowed in the venue.

- Booking amount is non-refundable but adjustable within 3 months with any occasion.
